Brief, approach and result.
Ridgeview's fourteen showrooms were each buying stock independently, with mismatched colors and freight costs. We now reserve blocks for the group, finish to a shared specification and stage inventory in our yard for weekly release.
Showrooms order through a shared portal and receive consolidated freight every Thursday.
